Every session begins differently, because every person arrives carrying a different energetic environment.
We begin by talking about where you are right now, what you’re moving through, what feels heavy or unclear, and what you’re ready to shift, understand or reconnect with.
From there, you simply receive. I work intuitively with my Rainbow Light Energy modality, allowing the session to unfold according to what presents within your energetic field.
This may include energetic clearing and recalibration, releasing stagnant or held energy, working with energetic cords and attachments, energetic DNA/light-code work, intuitive exploration of the akashic records, and celestial-guided channeling.
Rather than following the same formula for every person, I listen to what presents and allow the session to move where it needs to.
At the end, we come back together and I share what I experienced, what arose intuitively and anything that may support you as you integrate the session.

Soul Frequency Imagery is an intuitive portrait experience created to capture more than what you look like.
It is a space to be witnessed, not only through my lens, but through the energetic frequency I perceive within you.
Before we photograph, we connect with your intention and the season of life you are moving through. During our time together, I intuitively tune into the colours, symbols, imagery and energetic themes that arise around you.
We then translate these elements into your portrait experience through light, movement, location, styling and imagery, creating photographs that feel like a visual representation of your soul frequency.

What is Rainbow Light Energy?

Rainbow Light Energy is my very own modality and is a chakra-based energetic practice that works with the body’s energy centres to support balance, flow and the release of energetic blockages.
Is this Reiki?
This is not Reiki. Rather than following a traditional Reiki system, Rainbow Light Energy is my own intuitive approach, working with the spectrum of the chakras and rainbow light as an energetic activation, with the intention of raising your vibration, reconnecting you with your natural frequency and allowing more of your authentic self to be seen.
Each offering is an invitation to reconnect with your truth, to activate your gifts, and embody the highest version of you.

What happens during a session?
I’ll begin by setting the space and getting you comfortable and relaxed, before we move through a few short questions together. From there, all you need to do is lie back and receive while I work intuitively with your energy.
You can choose to enjoy your session in complete silence and fully switch off, or I can share what I’m sensing and perceiving with you as we go. The experience is yours, so we’ll follow whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Why is the Rainbow Light Energy session essential prior to moving onto the Soul Frequency Imagery sessions?
Soul Frequency Imagery is intentionally not offered as a standalone first session.
Before stepping in front of my lens, we begin with a 1:1 Rainbow Light Energy Session. This allows us to work with your energy, clear what feels stagnant, reconnect you with your own frequency and create a deeper sense of alignment and connection within yourself.
For the imagery work, I want you to arrive feeling anchored in your frequency, connected, open and ready to be seen beyond the surface. The energy session lays that foundation.
Once we have worked together in this way, I also have a deeper connection to your energetic signature, the colours, symbols, imagery and messages I intuitively perceive, which then informs the creative direction of your Soul Frequency Imagery session. Those who are not drawn to the imagery sessions can simply stick to the 1:1 energy sessions.

How often should I book a session?

There is no set schedule and clients can return whenever they feel called.
Where are sessions held?
Energy sessions initially will be done in the comfort of your own home. A studio space will be coming soon.

Do I need to prepare for my session?
No preparation is needed. Simply stay well hydrated and, if you can, take a little time to ground beforehand. Otherwise, just arrive as you are, get comfortable and allow yourself to receive. In home sessions will just require a quiet, uninterrupted space for the duration of your session.

What might I experience during and after a session?
Every experience is different. You may notice physical sensations such as tingling, warmth or gentle twitches, while thoughts, memories or imagery may come to mind. You might experience feelings of happiness, lightness or calm, or find that emotions naturally rise to the surface.
You may also feel very little at all, and that is completely normal. There is no right or wrong way to experience your session; simply allow yourself to receive without expectation.
