My awakening wasn't one single moment, and it surely wasn’t an easy journey. It was a gradual remembering. A deepening connection to my intuition, my sensitivity to energy, and the realisation that there was far more happening beneath the surface than what we can physically see.

I began doing my own inner work. Healing and letting go of what I no longer needed to carry. The deeper I went into my own healing, the more I began to remember.

I started to reconnect with abilities and sensitivities that felt like they had always been there, waiting beneath the surface. My connection to energy deepened. My intuition became clearer and I began to understand frequency in an entirely different way.

Energy, frequency and healing weren't things I felt I had suddenly discovered. I wasn't learning something new, I was remembering what I already knew. I started to understand that we each carry a frequency, an energetic signature that is entirely our own.

As I became more connected to mine, I began to understand just how deeply I could feel and read energy. I had always been incredibly sensitive to people, places and the energy around me. This had been there my whole life, I just never really understood it. And honestly, it was nice to finally understand why. I wasn't broken, I had simply spent so much of my life disconnected from a part of myself that I was now beginning to remember. And once I started remembering, everything opened. My connection to the unseen became stronger. I began receiving visions and memories connected to past lives, and became aware of where certain emotions, memories and trauma felt stored within the physical body. Through energy work, I learnt how to work with what came through and learnt how to shift, repair, clear and bring awareness to it.

Over time, my own way of working with energy began to unfold naturally. Light language, akashic records, DNA coding, channeled guidance. I don't feel like I chose a modality and learnt how to fit inside it, it feels much more like I remembered my own and I am super proud and grateful to see how far I have come.

Why intertwine Photography?

Photography, meanwhile, had always been another part of me. For years as a photographer, my work behind the camera has been about seeing people and holding space for families, capturing the emotion, connection and tiny pieces of someone that could so easily go unnoticed. Eventually I realised I didn't want these two parts of me to exist separately anymore. I wanted to bring together my love of photography with the way I experience energy. This was my mission, my calling and I couldn’t ignore it.

FREQUENSEE became the evolution of both. A meeting place between the seen and unseen. Between imagery and energy. Between who you have learned to be and who you know yourself to be underneath it all.

Today, through energy work and soul frequency imagery, I create spaces for women to reconnect with themselves, their intuition and their own energetic signature.

This is FREQUENSEE.
